Human Resources Management Coordinator

Your Next Challenges:

Reporting to management, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating human resources management activities
  • Participating in the development and implementation of HR policies
  • Managing employee records (hiring, training, evaluations, etc.)
  • Organizing and leading meetings and training sessions
  • Overseeing labor relations and internal communications
  • Collaborating on various HR projects and providing administrative support to the team
  • Performing other related tasks

Key Qualifications for Your Success:

  • University degree in Human Resources Management or a related field
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR management tools
  • Strong analytical skills, autonomy, and problem-solving abilities
  • Team player with excellent time management and prioritization skills

Work Schedule:

40 hours per week
