Human Resources Management Coordinator
Your Next Challenges:
Reporting to management, your main responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating human resources management activities
- Participating in the development and implementation of HR policies
- Managing employee records (hiring, training, evaluations, etc.)
- Organizing and leading meetings and training sessions
- Overseeing labor relations and internal communications
- Collaborating on various HR projects and providing administrative support to the team
- Performing other related tasks
Key Qualifications for Your Success:
- University degree in Human Resources Management or a related field
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR management tools
- Strong analytical skills, autonomy, and problem-solving abilities
- Team player with excellent time management and prioritization skills
Work Schedule:
40 hours per week
